Directions

To begin restoring your collagen naturally we recommend an initial three month build up period of 3 capsules per night. Followed by 2 capsules per night to maintain your collagen replenishment.

Taking them before going to bed Allows the nutrients to work at their optimum level during the first 30-90 minutes of sleep (regeneration).

Drink plenty of water to allow the nutrients to be properly absorbed into the body.
