Directions

Put 5 drops into a burner and place in room for relaxing relief, alternatively at night or for children, place 5 drops onto a damp clean cloth and then drape the cloth on a radiator in room or bedroom at night. The heat from the radiator acts as a candle would, vaporising the oil into the room but without the worry of a burning candle or water level in a burner.
