Weight Loss Kit Information:

Our Weight Loss kit contains four of the most widely regarded herbs for weight loss. No need for crash diets or starving yourself. Our herbal weight loss program is based on herbs that are thought to control appetite, increase metabolism and energy, cleanse your system and help you lose weight naturally and permanently.

Suggested Dosage:

1-3 capsule of each herb morning, afternoon and evening (i.e. a maximum total of 9 capsules per day).

Try to take the herbs with fresh orange juice whenever possible, as vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.

Try to avoid tea and coffee for at least half an hour before and after taking, as both inhibit nutrient absorption (this includes Yerba Mate as it too contains caffeine, although nowhere near as much as is in coffee).

Try to drink at least 1 cup of Yerba Mate tea during the day.

Suggested Dosage:

20 - 30 drops of each tincture morning, afternoon and evening. The amounts of alcohol taken are very small but to reduce this further you can add the drops to a cup of boiling water then drink (when cooled sufficiently).

Try to take the herbs with fresh orange juice whenever possible, as vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.

Try to avoid tea and coffee for at least half an hour before and after taking the herbs, as both inhibit nutrient absorption (this includes Yerba Mate as it too contains caffeine, although nowhere near as much as is in coffee).

Please note: both Dandelion and Ginger may lower blood sugar levels. Theoretically, if large amounts of ginger are taken together on a continuing basis with dandelion, blood sugar may become too low--a condition called hypoglycemia. Signs of blood sugar that is too low may include feeling weak or shaky, having a headache, or being confused or nervous. If you experience these signs then dandelion or supplemental ginger or both may need to be stopped. You may want to ask your healthcare provider about this potential interaction if you think you are having problems.
