Celadrin

Celadrin
Inflammation is a natural process by which our body protects itself from harmful substances such as bacteria and viruses and is the body's first defence against infection and injury. Inflammation is accompanied by heat, redness, swelling and pain and can occur in various parts of the body. Sometimes our immune system triggers this inflammatory response in error and this can then lead to cumulative damage and disease later on. One option for reducing inflammation and promoting joint health is Celadrin. Celadrin is medically and clinically proven to alleviate pain, and was developed through a proprietary process of esterifying fatty acids, making them stable so they do not react with oxygen. Both humans and animals have shown reductions in pain and swelling and increased range of motion with Celadrin. Celadrin is particularly beneficial when used alongside glucosamine.

High Quality. Based in the United Kingdom. Covered by UK trading laws.

Celadrin Information:

The Benefits of Celadrin ®
Joint and muscle pain - a double-blind, multi-centred, placebo-controlled trial that was published in the respected Journal of Rheumatology found that Celadrin, when used orally, improved joint mobility and joint problems. The participants in the trial has more flexibility, fewer aches, less pain and were able to walk longer distances than the placebo group.
Strains, bruises and sprains - these have all shown improvement when Celadrin has been used.
Gingivitis - Celadrin is currently being researched for the treatment of gingivitis, another common inflammatory disorder.

Properties
Anti-inflammatory - it has been shown that the fatty acids in Celadrin inhibit inflammation in the cells that line the inside of the various body cavities (endothelial cells). Celadrin inhibits the pro- inflammatory omega-6 fatty acid arachidonic acid. Celadrin has also been shown to reduce the production of immune factors responsible for inflammation.

Lubrication - Celadrin may also help to lubricate an affected joint, resulting in pain relief and increased mobility.

Each tablet provides:
500mg Celadrin and it is recommended to take 3 tablets per day.
Manufactured in the UK by Natures Aid in their state of the art purpose built facility to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Constipation makes people feel bloated and tired and can often cause joints and muscles to ache. Many people believe that visiting the toilet once or twice a week is normal. Given the role of the bowel in emptying the body of the waste products of three meals a day, such a situation is certainly not healthy. Constipation also makes infections, irritation and inflammation of the bowel lining more likely, as the tissues are exposed to waste products for longer periods of time.
Boswellia
The Indian Ayruvedic system of herbal medicine has long used the large Boswellia tree for the treatment of inflammatory joint problems, diarrhoea and dysentery. The tree trunk is tapped to collect the resin that is used in modern herbal products. Plant resins are sticky, wax-like substances often secreted by plants in response to damage. The resin then hardens to offer the damage a protective coating. Resins soften upon heating to yield essential oils, gums or both. Resin acids, such as the Boswellic acids found in Boswellia, are part of the chemical make up of these oils and gums.
Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium)
Used for the prevention of migraines & headaches, arthritis, fevers, muscle tension and pain, Feverfew is also used to lower blood pressure, lessen stomach irritation, stimulate the appetite and to improve digestion and kidney function. It has been indicated for colitis, dizziness, tinnitus and menstrual problems.
