Kelp Powder (Ascophyllum nodosum), Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Di Calcium Phosphate, Modified Starch, Anti Caking Agents, Silica, Magnesium Stearate.
Each tablet contains on average 500mg of Kelp powder, providing between 300 and 495mcg of Iodine, which is between 200 and 330% of the EC RDA.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Because of the high iodine content of bladderwrack anyone with thyroid problems should consult their doctor.

Avoid in overactive thyroid conditions such as hyperthyroidism or cardiac problems and/or during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Not recommended for children under 5.
