One tablet provides on average:
50% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance for adults of the following vitamins: Vitamin A (400μg), Thiamin (0.7mg), Riboflavin (0.8mg), Niacin (9mg), Vitamin E (5mg), Vitamin B6 (1mg), Vitamin C (30mg) & Vitamin D (2.5μg); plus 32.4mg of Omega 3 fatty acids of which 16.2mg EPA and 10.8mg DHA and 395mg of the prebiotic - Fructo Oligosaccharides (FOS).

Chew one tablet a day as a food supplement. Preferably take just before a main meal.

Why We Use Sugar...
The tablets need to be sweet to make them palatable for children because many of the ingredients would taste very unpleasant otherwise, and we selected sugar to be the chief sweetener, (in addition to the prebiotic FOS) for the reasons outlined below. Sugar is also acting as a natural binder in the tablets.

Sugar (sucrose) is a natural, minimally processed foodstuff from beet or sugar cane, which has been in use for centuries. If you are making a cake or jam or sweetening fruit etc. what would you use? - natural sugar, not artificial sweeteners. Many parents are concerned about potential adverse affects of their kids consuming new, synthetic sugar substitutes and would prefer instead to only use natural sweeteners like sugar or honey, simply limiting the amounts and times their children consume it, to avoid hyperactivity and potential tooth decay problems. Consuming sugary foods before a meal is unlikely to contribute to dental health problems as the normal saliva produced to eat the meal will wash away any sugary deposits which bacteria can feed on to cause decay.
