Ingredients
Chamomile flower large 500ml organic tincture (1:2 Ratio). Made with chamomile flowers, filtered spring water and gluten free alcohol.
The tincture extraction involves pure gluten free alcohol drawing the herb properties from the plant into the solution.
Chamomile has been known to help reduce inflammation and allergy-related symptoms. It is high in flavonoids which provide Chamomile's anti-inflammatory effects. It is particularly effective at treating dermatitis related inflammation as the flavonoids prevent the release of histamine, which is one of the main chemicals that cause itching, swelling and redness (inflammation). Chamomile is therefore an anti-histamine. Studies have even shown Chamomile to be more effective than hydrocortisone at relieving the symptoms of eczema. Is also used to soothe and help to heal burns, sunburn and other skin irritations.
Liquid extracts work faster as they are absorbed more quickly than other forms of supplementation. Many customers also find it much easier to take tinctures in liquid form rather than swallowing capsules.
Directions/Dosage
Take 2-3ml (1 teaspoon) of tincture in a beverage, 2 to 3 times daily.
Fresh juices are best though if possible, as Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.
Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
