Milk thistle large 500ml (1:2 Ratio) Organic Tincture. Made with filtered spring water, gluten free alcohol and milk thistle seed.

The tincture extraction involves gluten free alcohol drawing the herbs properties from the plant into the solution.
Directions/Dosage
  • Take about a teaspoonful (20-40 drops), morning and evening, in a beverage.
    Water or cordial is fine. Fresh juices are best though, as Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.
    Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
