Nettle leaf large 500ml organic tincture (1:2 Ratio). Made with nettle leaf, filtered spring water and gluten free alcohol. This tincture was grown and produced entirely in the UK on an Organic farm in the Heart of England. It is a lovely product!

The tincture extraction involves pure gluten free alcohol drawing the herb properties from the plant into the solution.
Directions/Dosage
  • Take 2-3ml (1 teaspoon) of tincture in a beverage, 2 to 3 times daily.
    Fresh juices are best though if possible, as Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.
    Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
