A comprehensive colon cleanse formula:
Psyllium husks with added FOS, probiotics, digestive enzymes and gut soothing herbs. Specifically formulated to encourage daily evacuation, proper digestion of foods and repopulating of beneficial bowel bacteria

The high fiber content from psyllium husks acts as a bowel detox & cleansing nutrient in the colon - it's action is as a bulking agent in the bowel which helps to stimulate peristalsis for normal and frequent bowel movements.
The included digestive enzymes help to break down the foods eaten and support a healthy digestive system.
Ginger, peppermint and fennel help to digest the food and are also soothing to the gut & bowel.
The probiotic cultures help to maintain the correct balance of bowel friendly bacteria - they will keep the pathogenic / 'unfriendly bowel bacteria' and yeast under control.
FOS (Fructo-Oligosaccharides) is a prebiotic. It is food for the bacteria in the bowel.
L-Glutamine has now been added to this already popular bowel cleanser. Glutamine feeds the bowel wall cell and helps to heal and repair damaged cells.
This combination encourages peristaltic motions by exerting a positive influence on bowel activity & evacuation.
Directions/Dosage
  • 1 - 2 heaped teaspoons (approx. 5 - 10g) mixed in water, 1 - 2 times per day and 10 minutes before a meal.
  • Ideally followed with a glass of water (at least 250ml of liquid to every teaspoon of powder).
  • Best results are achieved when CONSTIfree is taken continuously for 2 - 3 months, together with improved eating habits.
