Directions/Dosage
- Take about a teaspoonful (20-40 drops), morning and evening, in a beverage.
- Water or cordial is fine. Fresh juices are best though, as Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
- 20x drops contains the equivalent of 250mg dried plant.
