Echinacea purpurea 100ml organic tincture (1:2 Ratio). Made with gluten free alcohol, filtered spring water and echinacea purpurea.

The tincture extraction involves gluten free alcohol drawing the herb properties from the plant into the solution.
Directions/Dosage
  • Take 3-5mls (1 teaspoon) of tincture in a beverage, 2 to 3 times daily.
    Fresh juices are best though if possible, as Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.
    Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
