Avena sativa (1:2 Ratio) - 100ml Organic Tincture. Made with gluten free alcohol, filtered water & avena sativa herba.

The tincture extraction involves gluten free alcohol drawing the herb properties from the plant into the solution.
Directions/Dosage
  • Take about a teaspoonful (20-40 drops), morning and evening, in a beverage.
  • Water or cordial is fine. Fresh juices are best though, as Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.
  • Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
  • 20x drops contains the equivalent of 250mg dried plant.
